The Sims 4 Werewolves Game Pack coming June 16th

EA has announced that their next The Sims 4 Game Pack will be werewolf themed.

Key features include a new town called Moonwood Mill, the ability to create your own werewolf, the option to join a traditional or wild pack, and the exploration of your werewolf temperament and abilities. It will be released on June 16, 2022.

I saw a tweet or something that had supposed confirmation from an EA employee that The Sims 4 still had a long life ahead... so unless they plan to launch the Sims 5 while TS4 is still active, it'll probably be another few years. Or if the rumors that it's an online/multiplayer game are true, I wonder if it'll be more akin to The Sims Online 2.0 - a standalone sister game, not the flagship game of the franchise - which would make sense with that timeline.

but yeah thank god for mods. even then, I play a lot less than I used to play even The Sims 3 base game.

I think the sims 3 was still active when the sims 4 was released. But I don’t think it was “years” active.

I don’t even hate the sims 4, but it’s way past time for the next game. No other iteration went on this long before the next one was released. I feel like they’re stretching this to get 10 years out of the sims 4 😭
