yeah it's interesting. Clare is doing a better job with the English accent than I thought she would.

Her accent might be good, but her acting is... a choice. She seems like on an emotional scale of 1-10 she's playing her character at an 11 at all times. Maybe the character is supposed to be emotionally all over the place, but it takes me right out of the story every time she's in a scene. I love everything else about the first two episodes so I've been waffling on whether to watch episode 3.

I’m gonna let her slide for that cause I like the show so far. Her acting here is very similar to Homeland.

Clio Barnard directed The Selfish Giant, which was an excellent film. Her debut was promising too. Haven't seen this or her movie that starred Sean Bean but I'm glad she's getting work
