Alexander Skarsgård is selling his renovated historic one bathroom, one bedroom apartment, which he purchased in 2017 for $2.3M. It is located in the East Village.

I knew someone who had one of these rooftops in Boston and they wanted to build a railing but the HOA in the neighborhood wouldnt allow it - it went against aesthetic lol (Back Bay is boujie af). I was there once drunk and I was like one wrong move and I'm fucking dead. I think they sold the unit before even being approved lol. I think this might be an East Coast thing.
