With the recent wedding of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt , OP decided to make a new updated original of the massive engagement rocks that many Bollywood stars wear with some details.
it's an emerald-cut diamond. It is meant to look like glass, or to give off a sort of hall of mirrors look. I personally think they are more elegant than typical round brilliant cuts, which are meant to sparkle, but it's all a matter of personal preference
The side stones make the ring too big for her hand imo
FYI, your sources got broken somehow. But yay for ring posts!
Most of these are inoffensive, which puts Hollywood to shame. Although I couldn’t help but raise an eyebrow at Alia and her husband sharing a favorite number… like, it’s a nice ring but that’s just a strange factoid to me?
I can’t imagine spending that much money on an engagement ring, though… like, I would be able to do so much with that money. That’s send-my-kid-to-college money. My dream ring is about $4000 and that still seems like too much to me. I’m a fan of Katrina’s ring off of the price tag alone.
Bc of the layout (no shade) my brain was fooled into thinking I had landed on buzzfeed, so seeing that was like "Damn didn't know publications could insult people outright like that" at first.
