I am on s1 of a new generation. I think. The second show because I watched Picard and wanted to know more. I will maybe check this out. I keep stopping Disco because I don't care

S1 is rough and has the most racist Trek episode (please skip Code of Honor) but there are some gems buried in there. The beautiful thing about syndicated Trek is its episodic nature - you can skip lots of episodes if they’re not interesting with nothing lost. I hope you enjoy TNG!

I'm just watching them all straight through. Q is *hilarious* and makes as little sense in TNG as he does in Picard. I respect that commitment to absurdity and his costumes! I thought the young kid (Wesley?) was annoying but he is sort of growing on me because he isn't useless. I just finished.....ep13? The binary one

I like the binary episode a lot! And it’s cool that you’re watching the entire run - you’ll be able to pick up all the nuances of Picard S2. I hope you post in the weekly watch discussion when you hit Seasons 3 and 4, because that’s when the show goes from solid to excellent and I want to see what you think of it then 💛

Oh well, I liked it. Everyone was very cute. I don't like some elements (huh @ Spock and T'Pring's thing) but I thought it was fun overall. And Anson Mount is beautiful.
