Exactly. It's one thing her being right about the working conditions in Grey's and a whoooole other different thing the way she and her mother behaved on sets and with the teams who were supposed to handle talent at events for the network or press tours.
The reason why not a single soul came to her defense back then, was because she simply was not nice to anybody.
