He's one of those celebs whose bts bullshit hasn't caught up to the public perception of him, he's still beloved. ONTD is usually very in tune with those cases.

That being said, I feel like a complaint that ended up with them suspending production must've been pretty serious - productions don't shut down for random or unsupported complaints (as far as I know?), so I hope the person is okay and getting the help they need.

yeah it vaguely reminds me of what happened with johnny depp's stupid ass getting fired from fantastic beasts 3. they didn't shut anything down, just called up mads mikkelsen and hired him right there and then, and just moved on like nothing happened. so this had to have been a serious fucking mess if they couldn't even just keep it under wraps and just done a recast
