Indie Film Release Guide: April 15th [An ONTD Original]

Apr 14, 2022 10:09

There are just a couple of major studio releases this weekend, with Warner Bros. pushing out another Fantastic Beasts film and Sony subjecting us to more Mark Wahlberg than we ever asked for in Father Stu. If neither of these films is grabbing your interest (seems likely!), read on for more options or check back over the last couple of weeks of posts to see what you've missed.

The films listed are from studios other than the “Big Six” - Paramount, Warner Brothers, 20th Century Studios, Universal, Columbia/Sony and Disney. Note that some of the movies listed are in their first week or two of limited release in the USA, so it may take them a few more weeks (or months) to show up in your local arthouse theater or on VOD. Check out the posts from the past few weeks for more movies that may have just opened near you: April 8th, April 1st, and March 25th.
