I imagine you'd be pretty lost. A bunch of people have died, but I'm sure part of the gag here will be other actors in the same roles, or them coming "back from the dead" briefly. So it might be hard to keep everyone straight.

This breaks down all the important bits for Doctor Strange so far. It doesn't cover Wanda or Loki tv shows. For Wanda all you need to know is that she used chaos magic in a bubble she put around a town to rewrite reality so she was married to Vision and had kids and in the end all of that fell apart and now she has neither and is maybe a bit unstable now? For Loki, the show ended with them causing a bunch of splits from the main timeline essentially allowing the multiverse stuff to start.
