I was such a Desperate Housewives stan during S1-5. It was ridiculous that Nicolette was the 5th HW and had to fight tooth and nail to be given the respect the other 4 got. She's there for all the photoshoots, posters, etc...yet consistently got slapped in the face (....) by not being added to the opening with the other 4.

100%. I wasn’t in love with her character at first but she became one of the girls. Still annoyed by her death.

I used to watch this and it feels like it all happened even longer ago. Like, in the 90s, not the early 00s.
I don't miss it.

I remember reading this interview years later and was so shocked by all the behind the scenes drama. A testament to all the women's acting skills, and especially Teri Hatcher. Wild that she could play such a down to earth character so well while being a huge diva in real life.
