Joseph Gordon-Levitt sits down to watch his own movies on VHS. Throwback, we know. Watch as he revisits scenes from '10 Things I Hate About You' to '500 Days of Summer' and gives his perspective on what it was like to film and see his work come to life.

Whenever I think of JGL, I always think of that one clip where Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine are gushing about all of their costars, but when the interviewer asks about Joseph Gordon-Levitt, they serve crickets. Shady queens!

Morgan is a creep and I think Michael is a asshole, yes? In retrospect this clip actually makes me think more of JGL.

I really loved him in Manic when I was younger (with Zooey and Don Cheadle). Also forgot he was in the mess that was Havoc.

That movie was so bad, it has a 5.4 rating at imdb, how.

I wonder if JGL or Anne Hathaway ever think back to being in this movie. lol

Channing Tatum was in it too - I know this because I just watched his wired autocomplete interview with Sandra Bullock and he mentioned it as the first film he was ever in. so that's 1 person who def thinks back to being in it lol

He fell off the radar for a while after being in movies that ranged from boring to mediocre. Good to see him back.

Just browsing through his imdb credits, I sat through a lot of crap for this dude. lmao

He seems so much healthier here!

I've always loved how passionate he is about film-making.
