I couldn't even bother doing the paperwork once, lmao. We got married and I just never changed it. And we never, like...made an announcement about it or anything, so it's been kind of funny getting mail from his big family since then - no one knows how to list us when addressing wedding and baby shower invitations. A lot of the younger generation have been hyphenating both of our names for both of us, which I love, most of the older ones just assume I changed it and so only use his last name, and a handful of people have no clue and have managed to avoid last names entirely lol.
