Going to see Everything Everywhere All At Once in IMAX on Saturday... some theaters are doing one IMAX showing that night, so check to see if yours is one of them if you are interested!

We're pretty busy this weekend, so I pushed The Lost City off to next week. Didn't it used to be called The Lost City of D? I don't remember when they dropped the last bit, lol.

Also interested in Mothering Sunday, but will probably wait for streaming on that one considering the festival reception was kind of tepid.

Watched Writing With Fire last night for the Oscars Documentary category, and I really liked it. I know the news organization being profiled released a statement saying how they don't feel certain aspects were properly represented, and I can see what they're saying, but I think the overall message was impactful and accurate - women in rural Indian communities are reporting on social issues and crime in their local communities, at risk to their own personal safety. They are brave as hell. I do think it's fucked up that the doc showed

I would 100% watch Everything Everywhere All At Once on opening week if we're clear of the pandemic. I miss going to the theaters. :(
