i feel like this year's oscars are gonna be a mess. not that it hasn't been obvious already but removing categories from the show, the 1437 presenters, the vote your favorite movie. a mess.

I don't understand people saying there are to many presenters. 2020 had 42 presenters. This year has 46. It is normal to have two or three people present for the Best picture nominee. The song nominees performed on the pre show last year, so extra presenters for each performance makes sense..

maybe it's the way they announced them and the fact that they have quite many seemingly random people as presenters. that combined with the way a main actor like rachel wasn't even invited at first. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s not the number of presenters imo, but the people they’ve chosen are just bizarre. Trying to appeal to straight men in the 18-35 demo is futile and ABC needs to understand that! Focus on people who love films, celebrities, pop culture etc. they’re the real watchers anyways

i finally watched power of the dog last night and i really wanted to like it but the pacing was a bit slow for me. the acting was great though

i'm with you! objectively it's a good movie, i'd say, but personally it was too slow for me. (i feel the same about drive my car).
