The whole episode was comparing Toby now to the Toby she met, who was a lot different. So she was calling them Old Toby and New Toby

Honestly shocking… Was anyone who tunes into this show looking to see Mandy Moore struggling with adult pica? I thought the EPs saying that the show was going to become heavily body horror-centric was a joke but here we are. I hope the rumors of the one kid eating his fingers is untrue because at this point if that’s going to happen is there any limit?????

I really hate Toby, I always have lol I wanted him to die from that heart attack. BUT I was actually a bit sympathetic to him in this because I do believe he’s in a much better place for himself now and I can kind of see how in his pov Kate isn’t happy enough for him and wants to drag him back to a place where he was unhappy. Like I said tho I still hate him and I think he’s controlling and self centered but Kate is that too. Kate has finally found a way to be happier too and it just turns out that for them their happiness doesn’t gel with each other’s

Yeah I thought that was a complicated conversation. I’ve always hated Toby so I wasn’t on his side in the argument but I do hear what he’s saying that he’s a lot more at peace with himself, doing better mental health wise and all that, and so is Kate but they just seem to not be compatible in their current states of being. But I agree, he’s controlling and self-centred. He couldn’t even tell Kate he had a job offer in LA even though she lives there??? Don’t you think you should discuss these things with your wife? Good lord. Also picking out a house without asking her how she feels until two days you have to make an offer 🙄

kate can be annoying but i hate toby far more, so even though i get where both of them are coming from, fuck toby
