Those two companies may still be able to help the refugees. They might not be doctors without borders, but refugees have a lot of other needs outside of medical needs.

Airbnb evicts Palestinians out of their own homes and rents them out to Israelis. Don't be selective about the refugees they help.

Idk about air bnb but flexport partners with UNICEF and other NGOs to deliver supplies, they’re a freight company.

ETA I mean I know about air bnb lol but idk what they’re doing for Ukraine, but sounds like they’re providing housing.
