I watched the first season of this and it's wild to me that there was enough content for them, with the flashback portion, that they could stretch it out to six seasons.

getting impatient to watch the demise of kate and toby, i need this episode to really get messy and not end with them temporarily resolving it. i think i've read the real big stuff with them doesn't happen for a few more episodes after this so idk what to expect since i was hoping we'd find out who kevin's wife was in his episode but didn't

also i really don't like the kids they've cast recently, they just don't fit to me at all, and maybe it's because they're so close in age to the original kids and obviously look so different but i just can't connect with them at all

I don't think they've changed any of the kids? They have the teens, the 10-12 year olds, and then the 4-5 year olds.

We've seen them at the pool before when they were this age and they are not the same kids... or at least Randall isn't the same because his actor looks completely different

i never said they changed them, but these newest kids in the flashbacks (the 4-5 year olds, i guess) didn't show up in any major capacity until these recent two seasons, i'm pretty sure), which makes it hard to connect to them, add on the fact that i don't' think they're cast that well, and again, they don't look that much younger than the og kids looked at the beginning, and thus is feels like they're recasts, well.

This season has been incredibly boring for me and I really enjoyed the first 3 seasons. I still can’t stand Kevin and Justin Hartley does not have the acting chops to make me feel anything but at least he looks good trying.

Mandy Moore was brillIant with that monologue and I’m surprised she hasn’t gotten the same love from the Emmy’s that Sterling deservedly received.

Mandy has been so overlooked. She really gels the stories together and she's been quietly brilliant for years on this show.

totally agreed. that monologue broke me and I'm sad to say it was when I realized how fantastic of an actor she is and has been.

She’s so underrated and it’s really annoying because I don’t feel she gets the credit she deserves, especially for her work on this show.
