no, he wasn’t fired - pretty sure he quit.

also, they have a bunch of people on their payroll - hosts and correspondents and such who host shows on E and conduct interviews at premieres etc so I’m surprised they’re outsourcing.

It looks like every entertainment job is being outsourced to famous people. I remember those weekly entertainment news shows were hosted by actual news people now they just hire celebs like Mario Lopez or Mark McGrath.
