I say this genuinely: how could you ever be in a relationship with a man that has that many children by that many women?

If he's actually a good father then every second of his free time would be being spent with his children, and as none of the kids live with him, that would mean spending massive amounts of time jumping to the schedules of how many women and children? He would have no time for himself or a new partner.

That is obviously not happening, we all know it, so women love yourselves and don't waste your time. Not that I think Mimi is stupid enough to take him back.
