To be honest I'm only excited because the first movie really surprised me in a good way, but maybe because I didn't expect much from it? Maybe I should turn down any expectations for this one

the first movie was good, until it had Molesley curtsying to the Queen and then it was AMAZING

i agree about the first one! the later seasons suffered from some really dragged out plots so i went in with low expectations, but i think the movie starting with a fairly clean slate and knowing exactly what the audience wanted lol made it a lot of fun
