I hate the way they handle this and complain about it every year like it's gonna make a difference lmao. I wish they'd forget the voting and put the legacy acts in first. Like, how is Carly Simon not in yet? She has nearly 60 years of songwriting behind her. The Doobie Brothers only got in in 2020 and they'd been eligible for YEARS. MC5 has been nominated at least five times. Just put them in before you focus on the newer acts. It's ridiculous.

beck is actually a great musician who has tried many different musical styles and opens the door to lesser-known musicians with collaborations. eminem, on the other hand, is trash.

Beck has always been genre-defying musician that has been incredibly influential on alternative rock from the 90s on. I think he's worthy of being included.
