i did swapsies with my friend. she gave me some homemade nian gao and red bean paste. i gave her some banh dau xanh and i randomly made some li hing mui lemonade.

i also got a new year box set from chinatown where it included items from various chinatown shops. included the cutest fortune cookie and bamboo chopstick rests!!

i got a new year pastry box set from a hipster asian bakery and im kinda annoyed cuz i dont think it was worth the price lol. ill allow it this time since a portion went to charity but meh, even with the donation too pricey.
