I'm obvs in the minority but I'm soooo glad The Batman is 3 hours long. I hope the mystery/detective aspect delivers 🙏

I miss YJ even tho it's clear that it won't ever be as good as S1 lol

The Batman test screenings were all very positive, so I'm going by that so I'm not concerned. The trailers look great and they've barely scratched the surface of a 3-hour movie. Reeves is a perfectionist, I read a quote from Zoe today that said he's very specific, even going so far as to show how he wanted her to set her tea cup down. He's got a vision, if it takes 3 hours, that's what it takes.

I'm going to watch it at home so 3hrs long Batman is fine, I'll just watch it in parts because I just can't sit still for that long... I wouldn't go to a cinema for such a long movie though.

I survived a Lav Diaz film longer than that, so I'm here for 3-hr Batman. Runtime depends on pacing and editing, a terribly edited and paced film will be tedious (Avengers: Endgame/Infinity War, No Way Home) but with good editing, it results in great films (Batang West Side, Norte: The End of History) lol

I stopped watching after s1 but that sucks. He was one of my faves.

It sucks because I know Weisman has done better by his characters of Color in the past. Like, the protagonist of Gargoyles is a mixed Black/Native woman and she's awesome. But then he completely dropped the ball with Kaldur and it's disappointing. :/

She's not Catwoman, she's simply a cat burglar. You get to see her evolve into Catwoman in the movie.
