The season finale was on the 24th of December, so the whole season is now available on Prime Video for those wanting to either re-watch or binge it.

I know someone who loves it but never read the books, so I think I'll try episode 1 at least.

I really loved it and I’m excited to see where it goes.

I also love how diverse the cast is.

I think book readers need to enjoy this separately from the books because they're being really extra at this point lol

I really enjoyed this season and can't wait for S2. This show is also really giving me hope that they might get the LOTR series right especially with that huge budget they got.

I'm still worried about the lotr show tbh.

The films are such perfection that I can't see it reaching the same level. But I'll definitely give wheel of time a try.

Haven't read the books - loved the show!

I thought the finale didn't quite stick the landing but most of that is due to production struggles caused by the pandemic after filming Ep6 in late 2020 (one main actor dropping out requiring rewrites, loss of filming locations and practical effects due to travel/crowd restrictions etc.)

With those struggles hopefully out of the way I'm really looking forward to S2!
