Even though he was cleared, the judge denied Woody Allen custody and deemed his relationship with Dylan "inappropriate". There was definitely some evidence there

i thought he wasn't even cleared but that the judge and/or prosecutor thought dylan was too traumatized to go through with trial, which is how the judge ended up denying custody/visitation

Yeah he wasn’t cleared, they just didn’t go forward with it cause they thought it’d be better for Dylan. But Allen uses that to claim he was proven innocent and most people don’t take the time to read the judges statement to actually learn the truth.
