Sooooo, Grimes has had some, um, interesting things to say on social media lately. And by "interesting," I mean that in a very Grimes-y way. She returned to TikTok on Sunday to post three videos in which she rambles about labor, wealth, capitalism, and other things she truly does not understand

She is, they never broke up, look at their breakup statement - they still live together, they're still mostly together, where on earth are they broken up??? They've never since made any statement about her moving out or either of them being with other people or not being together. That statement was a lie.

Also, while there is so much wrong about how jobs are valued, and capitalism in general that I won’t even pretend to go into, where does she think strawberries in the grocery store would come from if no one picked strawberries?

You can't just get rid of jobs that you (she) views as being less valued because she's never had to actually do manual labor in her life. Like, there are jobs that are vital to keeping our society running. Eliminating these jobs is the stupidest thing I've ever heard - what they should be is valued higher and paid better.

Agreed 100%. They will bend over backwards to do anything but pay people a living wage and treat people like human beings. Because to them they aren't human.

And it's very classist and out of touch to believe everyone can just go make money playing video games. 1) Not everyone has access to the materials required to be a gamer (consoles, computers, video games, the internet, etc), 2) Not everyone likes video games, 3) Not everyone wants to sit on their ass doing nothing all day to make money.
