Right? I can’t get over the fact that he tried it a second time with a different exemption type. I feel like he would’ve been better off doubling down on the medical one and trying to find another crock dr to make one up as proof
My SIL does HR for a university and has been dealing with employee exemptions. The university records keystrokes and activity on employee computers. They've had a ton of employees try to claim medical exemptions, click to the next page, realize they have to upload medical records, then go back and try to claim a religious exemption.
I find it hilarious when these people claim their employer can't ask them medical questions, lol. Like, they've said nothing about people with disabilities having to submit medical proof for accommodations at school and/or work. Not a peep about how that might be a HIPAA violation, yet suddenly when they have to do the same thing it's tyranny and illegal.
what's the vibe with these people? what do they think they're gonna do for work if they actively refuse a mandatory part of all the jobs in their industry?
They'll give it 3-5 years and the mandates will likely be gone. Heck, Newsom is out of office in like a year and a half. There is a decent change if he isn't reelected the mandates will go away. Other states are already making them obsolete. LA county school district is attempting to fire employees who won't get the vaccine, but there is an entire collation of lawyers guiding them on how to do everything properly so if they get terminated they can sue and bankrupt the district.
