I don't think so. I hope I'm proven wrong, but even if he is, I doubt anything will actually happen. A slap on the wrist would probably be the harshest punishment he gets.

when he was 15, local punk legend jack terricloth (rip) dialed the phone operator (back when that was a thing) and out of boredom shouted "i shot president regan and i'll do it again and again and again". unbenownst to him, reagan was giving a speech in the area so the secret service took it very seriously, as unbeknownst to them, that was a line from a suicidal tendencies song. so the secret service showed up to his house and arrested him as he tried to jump out of the window. they realized he wasn't an actual threat so they put him on probation.
