Last night, we watched The Harder They Fall on Netflix. While I like the actors involved, love Westerns and revenge tales, and thought it was a cool concept, I didn't think it was very good. The plot was basic, there was next to no character development (likely due to the fact that the cast was too big), and I didn't like the cinematography or set design at all. But I saw a lot of people on Twitter saying they loved it, so it might just be a YMMV kind of thing.

Gonna go see Spencer tonight. I know it's gotten mostly raves, but I wasn't a fan of Jackie so idk if I'll like it or not.

Will for sure be watching Finch at some point soon, even though I'm sure that damn dog is gonna die and I will be sad!!

I'm sure these are great well made films and I wish them well. But there is not a single film up there that doesn't sound slight or a total utter bummer.

red notice is getting trashed by critics which is giving me life

"Featuring a trio of supposed movie stars who lack the panache or charisma of true marquee headliners, Red Notice is another visually ghastly bid at building a franchise on the back of breathtakingly boring action sequences."

A movie with an entire main cast who are only capable of playing themselves? Who could’ve guessed?
