i can't handle really spicy food :( The food i'm currently eating is mildly spicy and my whole body is getting hot.

Popeyes - Candied yams as a special side item. or Red beans & rice but 75% beans and 25% rice

or a lactose or dairy free milk shake. :( B/c I don't think any fastfood place has that.
