I feel like after Tennant, all the doctors try to be quirky/funny/know it all and I hate it. every once in a while I'll see a trailer and get excited and the minute the Doctor opens their mouth, I remember why I quit this show
well i made it through supernatural's random parade of bullshit and i enjoy jodie's doctor so i'll keep watching as it fluctuates and gets better/worse and out of nowhere takes me on emotional rollercoasters.
i'm also savagely curious to see how many more years they can get out of this series. the recent canon mindfuck is still something i don't understand and can't even be bothered trying.
So they'll find some way to retcon the Timeless Child shit right? I've stopped watching trailers so no clue what's in this one, but a singular long story about timelines going haywire(assuming that's what Flux is referring to) has to be to cover their own asses.
He sort of supported it by saying he enjoyed the concept of there being hundreds of Doctors with infinite possibilities, but that isn't the part that bothers most people. I personally just hope he retcons the part that turns the Doctor into the Most important person to their race.
