Yes there was also a Derek F on the show with him. Derek X, however, is the superior Derek who wanted to see Black women succeed, meanwhile Derek F was a raging misogynist. (you didn't ask but I thought I'd throw that out there)

Derek F was part of an all Black alliance in order to get the first Black winner of the show in its 23 seasons. He was a raging misogynist who use the fact that he was gay to hide his rude comments about women. Derek X on the other hand, was just very well liked in the house and genuinely wanted to see the black women in the alliance win the game. No one in the house knew the alliance was working together so Derek X’s desire to want a black woman to win was much more genuine than whatever Derek F was saying and doing in the game.

Derek F was so rude to his ally in the game during the last week that she flipped her decision on wanting to take him to finale night even though she knew it guaranteed her loss, because she didn’t want him to get second place money lol
