As my grandma would say, people who make a living with their faces will find a way to keep their face haha. Probs good genes to begin with, a nutritionist and a controlled diet! The only combo that really works sadly. I’ve been working on my diet more in the past few weeks (and generally exercise every day for around 2 years now) and the big difference is really diet - but my life /job doesn’t revolve around looking amazing, so the three lines I can get are nowhere near that etched.
