I think I make a great breakfast sandwich

High quality bread of your choice toasted in the pan with butter
fried egg
melted slice of cheddar cheese
grilled breakfast meat of your choice-bacon, Canadian bacon, ham, etc
nandos spicy creamy sauce on the bread
