He probably filed a motion to terminate cs and because she didn't show up he won it by default. Otherwise wtf @ this.

Her side is saying that he pushed this date for two years, then deliberately scheduled the hearing for when she was out of town and would not receive the notice. And that he has not paid child support for four years.

IDK the truth, but there was definitely stuff posted years ago about Sheen filing to not pay child support any more, so that does line up.

It is up to the courts when a case is scheduled and NOT the other party. My guess is she got notice about the date but it was so far in advance she forgot about it.

once something is scheduled, the applicant can't just unilaterally adjourn it to another date to play gotcha with the respondent.

i would bet money she either forgot, gambled on a last-second adjournment motion that failed, or just straight up deliberately didn't show up thinking they wouldn't make a ruling in her absence.

But she has a lawyer and you must serve the lawyer. So either she or the lawyer failed to pay attention.

Her husband is a nightmare and her daughter moved bc she said the enviornment was abusive and toxic. I believe the daughter from what I have seen.

Or, she’s a teenager who is rebelling and her mom is a little over protective, but I doubt Charlie sheen lives by any rules, so guess where a teenager is going to want to live? In one of her social media posts she also said she dropped out of school......so.

Or I have seen her stepfather speak to women horribly and also be verbally out of line to Denise and threaten to yank her arm soooooo I don't doubt he behaved the same way and worse when cameras were not there.

And, dropping out is not ideal ,but finishing isnt for everybody. I dint see how that is evidence of her being a certain kind of teen.
