good! i used to work at an associated company and whenever an artist was in the news - good OR bad- their catalog streams increase so much, so I'm sure R. Kelly was seeing more money from all of this. glad they removed his channels completely to cut off that revenue stream for him.

also I'm sure YT was seeing backlash from advertisers and that played a huge role in it too.

I didn’t now youtube had a penalty clause for creators.

R.Kelly is pretty popular but not that global scale popular so I wonder if that played into it cause I don’t see this happening for a legacy act so easily.
