The mystery hasn't been solved yet :(

The Internet Investigator on YouTube has posted a video about the mystery and what we know about it so far. The top comment on the video reports that the curtain also came in pink and was marketed to teens in the 2000s.

I was just thinking about this last night. Wonder if it could be Ellen Pompeo? My guess is still River Phoenix or Kassia Struss, though.

That face is quite familiar, so I'm pretty sure whoever made those curtain never had the right to use any of those celebrities image, so what if one of the founder of the curtain factory infiltrated the reddit and keep deleting whoever has the right answer to make sure it never reach the lawyers of that model/actor and they don't get yet another lawsuit against them ?=o
