They'd have more leg to stand on if he didn't do it while drunk (I absolutely DO NOT agree with with this statement, I'm just rationalizing it in their context from their "she was asking for it" POV). This reminds me of of when Robin Thicke date rape drugged my friend back in 2013. She was invited to his table at a club, and all she remembers afterwards is ending up at his apartment with a bunch of other girls.
