I've really been enjoying season 2 of Stargirl. I don't even fully hate Mike anymore!! This weeks episode was intense. The fight scene between the JSA and ISA was nuts! (though hate how useless Beth seemed. She freed Mike but then didn't seem to contribute much. I think they need to figure out how to more effectively use her in combat ( ... )

Supergirl needs to put out of its misery soon. When is the last episode? They really need to give David Ramsey his own show rather than have him pop up on random arrowverse shows for no good reason.

Stargirl S2 has been fun but my only complaint is they need to really give Beth a better plot line both as part of the JSA and her home life because it's boring af.

I hope Batwoman can keep Alice relevant because Rachel Skarsten is one of the best parts of the show.

They need to have Diggle show up so he can give a pep talk during "the very special episode" (even though every episode of Supergirl is a very special episode)

One of my bigger gripes about Supergirl is that she speechifies to the villain/bad guy in every episode. So it would be redundant for Dig to it too. He gave enough pep talks to Oliver for 8 seasons to fill several TED Talks.

The show has become such a 5th grade show it's sad. Stargirl, a show about teenagers is more dramatic.

Stargirl is so frustrating. barely anything has been going on this season. now we are halfway into the season and finally the villian shows up and shit went down the was exciting instead of every episode being about Courtney or Mike whining about crime fighting while Pat plays the overly concerned dad. Amy Smart is wasted on this show.

supergirl has had some bad episode but last night's may have been the worst of the entire series. it was just so juvenile.

stargirl, with actual teenage characters, feels lightyears more mature. but i am looking forward to next week's episode. just thinking about azie's post about her mom's restaurant that never came to be and how she gave it to her on the show, makes me teary-eyed.

i'm tired of "summer school". we're like a third or halfway? through the season...is it all summer school? half this cast is in their mid-twenties lol

and did they retcon mike's age? i could've sworn he was like 12 last year. ik it's to keep up with the actor's growth spurt but....lol if he's 15 shouldn't he be going to school with courtney?

I dont think they are in summer school anymore? They are attending class and having football games.

The actor is 16 IRL (15 at the time of S2 starting production) so Id imagine if anything Mike was 13 last season and 14 this season.

the title card still read summer school in last night's episode. and they said specifically that mike was 15 last night. i don't know if they ever gave an age for him last season, but he looked so much smaller to me from s1 to s2. maybe he's a summer birthday and will be an incoming freshman when courtney is a junior(?).
