Riz Ahmed was amazing in Sound of Metal. I rarely watch films (sue me), but I took the time to see that one and he / the topic blew me away. Very powerful.

I kept putting it off during awards season, because the trailers didn't sell it for me. But when I finally watched it, I got so many feels. He was great and I got invested in where his story was going.
