I know he isn't the first or probably last "celebrity" to pull a shitty stunt tweet for attention but it is the most shitty to exploit someone's untimely death in the process. I had no idea Michael struggled with addiction. He really was an amazing actor, I watched the wire for the first time last year and when I finished I was like ok he had to have won multiple times for Omar. It really really is...obviously the emmys are very racist especially back in the 2000s but there were white people going hard on that show and they paid them dust too. It seems they just simply hated the show and didn’t want to acknowledge it...pretty unbelievable

David Simon's shows are consistently ignored and have some of the most diverse casts on TV, especially back in the 90's. The awards always went to the safe shows and mostly white actors.
