It’s certainly possible Katy is all talk, but from her early interviews it sounded like she hustled to break into the industry

She said she would get all dressed up and sneak into industry parties and introduce herself to producers

I wouldn't be surprised if Katy is dirty because there have been anecdotes of Katy being a mean girl. You know we all roll our eyes at Taylor for always playing the victim (which she does) but when she said things about Katy without saying it was Katy for the Bad Blood promo....I later thought she might've had a point there.

That said I do agree with you about her being a hustler. I remember watching her Part of Me film and doesn't go into too much details but I do remember thinking she took a lot of her business to heart and went for it when starting her career.

In general you really do need to have that drive and ambition to succeed in the biz.

I used to casually date a guy who used to be in the radio industry. He got to hang out with her a few times and always said she’s such a nice person to even the radio underlings. He said Demi was very much not, lol.

Of course that doesn’t mean Katy wasn’t a mean girl, or anything like that, as people can be different things to different people - but he said out of all the celebs he met, Katy was one of the much nicer ones.

Oh I agree. For the most part I don't she a 24/7 mean girl cause I've heard of nice encounters with her. I just think she has her moments.

I'm surprised by Demi. I don't really follow her so I wouldn't know but I think I have heard things on here.

Thats what I always thought too even while watching Even Steven. That's one reason why I wasn't surprised when her record deal didn't pan out. It just didn't fit

Yeah she has a much better voice for musicals/stage theatre than pop music
