wait, this $70mil mansion is in the middle of a golf course? um, no thanks. (unless that course belongs to the mansion? I'm confused)

He's so popular and the money kind of makes sense.

But at the same time I can't believe he has that kind of money??

It's like I'm stuck in the early The Weeknd days when he was not that big of an artist.

anytime he tours my area it's in a big arena and tickets are very far from cheap. I keep expecting smaller venues and like $50 general admission and am always shocked.

With interest rates the way they are, I'm sure it's mortgaged. It wouldn't be good financial planning to put that much into a property in cash when you can invest your money and then borrow against your investment at a lower interest rate. He's probably earning 4-6% off his investments and paying 2-3% interest on a mortgage.

I'm not saying he's not rich because he clearly is, just that he didn't put down all that in cash.

Him blowing up was the worst thing to happen to music in the 2010's.

Why would you ever need a home that expensive and massive?! I just don’t understand the appeal?! I have a second bedroom I never spend any time in, I couldn’t imagine the amount of space a home like this has that never gets seen.

I know I don’t get it either

Fantasizing about big mansions loses it’s appeal for me because I just think about the upkeep and security you’d need, you would basically need a full staff

But I guess major celebs are already used to that

To play hide-and-seek, of course.

It's not even a good investment idea because these ridiculously expensive houses lose value more often than they gain it and then you're stuck either paying crazy taxes on a house you don't want for years or taking like a 15 million loss

The fuckboy tears and lamenting paid off!!

The stairs and front of the house are my taste but the inside is nice. Makes me think of The White House lol!! Holy Moly that is a rich person house lol!!

If I had that money I wouldn't want a house that big, especially not with stairs inside. I'd like one of those stretched out one floor bungalow style house.

I read this article once about how that kept happening in mansions in Florida

The owners could only afford to decorate the front rooms (like living room, dining room, places were guests would see etc) so the massive backs of the mansions would be empty and they wouldn’t check in the empty rooms and they would end up with squatters

that's just horrifying, but I guess they deserve it haha

Only one dog, but he has a bunch of his dickriders living with him constantly.

Timothee Chalamet was living with him for a big portion of quarantine last year and I’m shocked no one picked up on it.
