I see people place a lot of blame on her team/label, but I’m not sure if it’s all their fault. She is promoting in general, just not doing performances.

I feel like there should be less expectations that songs would become hits overnight. I would like to hear more songs from her, know what her sound is.

Normani is pretty and dances really well, and can sing enough, but she is not going for Broadway or a talent competition. We need more actual music.

Also, I don’t think every artist needs to be number one on Billboard with every single not to be a failure. Some things take time.

I think she has all that's necessary to succeed but her team sucks.

She looks good in these pics, but I wish the semi-open mouth thing went away

I feel bad for her for what she went through with 5H, and I think her mom has been very sick?
But at some point she's going to have to deliver some bops.
Sometimes I feel her heart is not really in having a music career.

That said, I like Normani but I still don't buy that she knows who she is as an artist yet, hence why there seems to be so much hesitation with her and her team. To me she's not "genreless" as she said, she just lacks direction. She really should have come out with more music to see what works and what doesn't imo.
