I'm so glad they made it clear this episode that Rafa is a predator/villain tho. The first four episode had me almost convinced that they were going to try and portray this is an actual love story, and that would have been wrong on so many levels.

I'm am confused tho how they are going to handle the teachers, as they are doing something pretty unforgivable, that would probably land them in jail in reality...like, are they going to try and redeem them as the seasons go on?

These episodes keep getting more enjoyable imo. I like that they had actual group scenes and it felt like the characters were settling into the new status quo a bit more. And I liked the shake up of the dynamic at the end.

I liked the costumes but hate the confirmation that [Spoiler (click to open)] chuck and blair are still married lmao. feels unrealistic bc he definitely would have been me too’d and blair would have left him to save face let’s be real

eta: I love that they had “Halloween” by Phoebe Bridgers play, it felt like the exact type of needledrop that would happen on the original show

The fact that they tried to make us think that Zoya successfully dressed like Chuck Bass was so laughable. No one in their right mind would think "oh, she dressed up as Chuck Bass!"

Tbf, I didn't find Zoya's costume to be any more or less convincing than anyone else's.

I think the actress who plays Zoya is pretty but man what a flop character, nothing likable about her

And I agree, the Dan and Chuck bass costumes were so stupid

Especially because (and I could be wrong) I think someone looked at her with no context and said “are you Chuck bass?” Pleaseeeee

I haven’t watched the episode yet but I finished the previous and I was hoping so much the teacher would not cross the line any further and just help Max through his family problems and that’s it.

Of course I was foolish to think otherwise. Hope the teacher is caught ASAP and he leaves cuz I’m not into it at all.

Right? I remember the first couple episodes I was like “this is actually kind of refreshing having the teacher so blatantly shut it down and just want to be a good figure in his life” but that tune changed mighty quick!
