Today EXO member D.O. finally releases his debut solo album. Accompanied with the album is a music video for "Rose". The album counts 8 songs in total, including an English version of "Rose" and a song in Spanish.

still need to listen to the album, but i thought the single was just okay. i thought they would go in a different direction. love his voice though and he looks adorable.

happy my lil egghead is singing. he sounds great, looks cute. don't totally love the song, but it's nice enough. my fave from the album is "i'm gonna love you"

Not feeling that title track at all, it's too short and feels unrealized and the style is just very.... let's say caucasian

The mini itself is better than I expected tho! Still too boring and mostly in the completely wrong genre for his voice but it's clearly what he wants so I'll take it I guess

It’s cute and Imhe’s doing music he loves and vibes with. I would die for him to basically re-record Kai’s mini album (I love u Kai don’t hate me) but an artist always performs better when they actually like their own songs. Also I really thought he would leave the army and go straight into acting with the occasional OST, so a whole mini of his voice is a gift.

I’m Gonna Love You should have been the title track though *shakes fist*
