I have these weird fan moments where I listen to an artist so much that I just assume they are huge and then they book a tour and are at a small ass venue. How is Brandi not a 18 thousand capacity artist.
Thank You so much. I love music and I still rely on late night for a lot of new music. I first saw Brandi at the Grammys. She is awesome. I think smaller venues bring the best music. I hope she tours with a bigger stadium act in the future to reach more people. Jenny Lewis is opening for harry Styles. That is super smart.
Lmao my into to Jenny Lewis comes via mumford & sons 3 days festival. She was one of the co headliners and I spent one entire day wondering why the fuck huge groups of adults (male and female) were dressed like girl scouts. She came on stage and they went wild and crushed to the barrier. Still one of my favorite live memories. I adore her too this day, she is fucking savvy.
I wonder who was "Troop Beverly Hills" and who was her character in the Golden girls. I guess the teddy bear and watergun would tell. It is so sweet how she embraces her acting past. I knew her from her teen movies. "Foxfire"and "Sweet Temptation". It was nice seeing her in the documentary "Kid90"this year.
