I will defend Lana/CJ forever. I know people like to give her a lot of shit for ~not being able to wrestle and for her looks but she is really dedicated to the craft and wants to improve and for that, I stan.

She's a great worker. And she's got promos down, she's devoted to her character. So it's not like she's just Miss Elizabeth 2.0.

And that's not even Liz's fault because of her generation in wrestling wasn't geared towards women actually doing in ring work. So the shade is towards that style and former spot that the creeper men in charge made happen.

She was clearly trying and her heart is there. That's literally the biggest battle. I will die on this hill, with all the women that are disparaged in wrestling who take bumps and still get hissed at for being beautiful at the same time. Sorry she's cute or whatever!

I know he's problematic as hell but I've always had a soft spot for Dennis Rodman. Kim Coles is sunshine personified and should be in more things. I'm intrigued by the rest of the cast too, guess I'll watch the first episode to see what's it about.

He had a doc on ESPN that I saw a while ago and it was enlightening. He's struggled a lot with self image and substance abuse.

I still remember when he joined the Bulls and came to Chicago. He was wearing a huge fur coat, all his piercings, blue hair and a big cowboy hat when he got off the plane and everyone--including the paps--just stared at him in awe, lol. This huge artist building near the expressway put up a huge mural with his head on the side of the building near the ramp and every game day the Bulls won there would be traffic jams because they would also change the color of his hair on it, and this was pre iPhone/social media times! I also remember him being extremely kind and gracious to people who would recognize him on the street; While Pippen and MJ would avoid that type of thing and disappear after games he would stick around and talk to the fans and press. He was a lot of fun back then and I feel bad he is the way he is now.

He's had a super rough life. I watched that doc last year (The Last Dance?) and they went into it a bit. Michael Jordan was like the only one of the guys they covered who didn't have a completely tragic life. Scotty Pippen's was especially bad.
