I think it was a paparazzo, no? I just vaguely remember an incident when her kids were little and she went off on a paparazzo 'cause they'd followed her as she was going to drop off (or pick up?) her kids at school and they were trying to get a photo.

The only reason I knew immediately it was her dad is Bc a selfie of Julia and him was posted a week or so ago as part of the Instagram roundup and everyone (including myself) was saying “why does he look like Kevin bacon?” Now I think I will recognize him on sight for the rest of my life.
