Congrats!! Oh man it’s awful right? I think that’s part of where my stress is coming from, like what if it isn’t how i want bc i cannot do this again lol

we are first time homebuyers and bought a fixer upper, moving in in August, renovations being done throughout July. it's been such an education!!!! but overall I'd say I'm enjoying it.

stressful yes but imo only a bit financially - we found a great contractor who really takes SUCH good care of things.

when will your place be ready? are you working w a builder or contractor?

Sure. But AD will only show us the mansions that A and B-list celebrities have had professionally staged by expensive designers to sell after publishing.

Cribs will show us the McMansions C-list celebrities have rented to pretend is their own, staged from Rooms To Go.

Both appetites must be met, tbh.

I was always so confused because Brooke valentine did an episode and she had this gorgeous Los Angeles pad that I knew must have been millions and I was like how does this d-list singer with one small hit (the iconic “girlfight”) have such a nice place???

And I left that comment in ontd and someone told me it’s all faked

I was like ohhhhh

Yeah I remember a lot of them were fake.

When Hanson were on they said they were asked if they wanted a house hired for them. They were living in rented accommodation anyway, so even though they didn't get a place hired, it wasn't 'their' place.
